Quality Sub-Committees Monitoring and Evaluation Meetings Have Concluded

Under the chairmanship of our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hakan ÖNER, the last of the 2025 Monitoring and Evaluation Meetings was held on 28.05.2025 in the Quality Coordination Meeting Room, with the participation of the president and members of the Social Contribution Quality Sub-Committee and the personnel of the Quality Coordination. The importance of our university's social contribution activities was emphasized during the meeting. Information was received about the studies conducted. The importance of recording all processes from the planning phase of social contribution activities to the implementation and evaluation phases was highlighted. In this context, it was emphasized that each sub-committee member should review the KIDR RUBRICS and that the activities carried out in the institution should be evaluated according to the relevant criteria rubric and reported. It was also emphasized that the areas open to improvement in the KAR should be documented. To better understand the social contribution quality processes, it was suggested that the accredited institutions review their KIDRs and identify potential exemplary practices included in these reports. Additionally, it was decided to determine the strong aspects and areas open to development in the planning of the 2025 KIDR writing process and to add MAKÜSİR. Finally, the decisions made during the meeting were recorded. The meeting concluded with wishes and hopes.
