The Round University Ranking (RUR), which evaluates universities worldwide, announced the global university ranking results for the year 2025.
Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) achieved significant success by being included for the first time in the Round University Ranking (RUR) 2025 results, which evaluates the performance of universities worldwide with multidimensional criteria and is based in Moscow.
In the RUR ranking published since 2010, MAKÜ particularly stood out with its performance in teaching. MAKÜ ranked 722nd in the world in teaching criteria, while rising to 16th in Turkey, demonstrating its development in higher education with concrete data.
This success once again highlighted that MAKÜ has consistently improved the quality of education and training at both national and international levels. The university administration stated that this success makes them proud and that they will continue their efforts to ensure it continues to grow in the coming years.
